You can access all nine tabs, like intraday movers, outperformers, MTF, extreme openings, price movers, breakouts, by value, by volume, and circuit breakers, of stock movers without an Options Trader account or logging in.

• Default View: Loads with intraday movers automatically.
• Coverage: Covers both NSE- and BSE-listed stocks.
• Display Data: Every row shows Name, LTP, change, change %, value (Cr.), and volume across all nine tabs, on both NSE and BSE.

What Each Tab Shows?

The stock movers show 9 different tabs. Let's take a closer look at each of these tabs:

Intraday Movers - Today's Top Gainers and Losers

Sorts stocks based on their intraday change % across all listed equities (including gainers and losers) on the selected exchange.

Outperformers - Index Constituents Beating the Benchmark

Ranks index constituents by Change % within a selected index (e.g. Nifty 50), indicating which constituents are doing better than the index move on that day.

MTF - Stocks Eligible for Margin Trading, With Funded Price and Leverage Multiplier

Lists MTF-eligible stocks with funded-price context and leverage-related information.

Extreme Openings - Stocks That Opened at the Day's High or Low, With % Recovery Since

Displays stocks that have opened much higher or lower than the previous day's close and indicates how much they have recovered from the opening extreme.

Price Movers - Gainers or Losers Filtered by Index or Segment

Gainers and losers narrowed by a specific index or market segment using the show filter to isolate the top movers within F&O stocks, Nifty 50, or any other selected group.

Breakouts - Stocks Hitting a 52-Week High or Low

Stocks that have touched their highest or lowest traded price over the past 52 weeks during today's session.

By Value and By Volume - Ranked by Rupee Turnover vs Shares Traded

By value ranks stocks by total rupee turnover (Value in Cr.) for the session, while by volume ranks by number of shares traded.

Circuit Breakers - Stocks That Hit Their Upper or Lower Circuit Limit

Stocks that have reached their exchange-imposed upper circuit or lower circuit price limit for the session.

Reading the Columns

The columns within the table help you understand market movements like:

• LTP: It represents the last traded price, which is the most recent transaction price for the stock.
• Change: The absolute difference between the previous day's official closing price and the current LTP.
• Change %: The percentage equivalent of the change movement. This is the primary sort metric across most tabs.
• Value (Cr.): The total rupee value of all shares traded in the session so far, in crores.
• Volume: The total number of shares traded in the current session.

How to Use the Table Controls?

You can use the table controls for the following purposes:

Switching Between Tabs, Exchange and Show Filters

The tab row above the table enables you to switch between the nine metrics. The exchange filter allows you to select between NSE and BSE, as the same stock may show different prices and volumes on each exchange. The show filter narrows which stocks appear; for example, selecting Nifty 50 limits all tabs to only Nifty 50 constituents. All filters are available without login.

Toggles Within Each Tab

Some tabs include quick switches such as O=H/O=L, Gainers/Losers, 52W High/Low, and Upper/Lower Circuit so you can flip between opposite market conditions without leaving the page.

What Unlocks After Login?

Logging in with your Option Trader account switches all data to real-time. Every price, change, value, and volume figure updates in real-time rather than on a 15-minute lag. After login, stocks can be added directly to a watchlist or basket from any row in the table.

Additionally, the Execute All places orders across every selected name simultaneously, moving directly from analysing to trade placement without switching platforms.

Here are a few key terms which traders should know beforehand to understand stock movers insights better:

• LTP: It represents the last traded price, which is the most recent transaction price for the stock.
• Change %: The relative percentage move of the current LTP from the previous day's official closing price.
• Circuit Limit: An exchange-imposed upper or lower price limit beyond which no trades can be placed.
• 52-Week High / Low: The highest or lowest price at which a stock has traded in the past 52 weeks.
• MTF (Margin Trading Facility): It allows traders to buy eligible stocks by funding only a portion of the total transaction value, with the broker funding the remainder of the transaction value at an interest rate.
• Gap-Up / Gap-Down: When a stock opens significantly above (Gap-Up) or below (Gap-Down) the previous day's closing price.

Things to Know Before You Trade Movers

It is important to be aware of the following risks prior to trading movers:

• Not Direct Recommendations: If a stock is listed on a gainers, breakouts or volume list, it is observation data, not a buy or sell recommendation.
• Reversal Risk: During volatile trading sessions, sharp price movements or gaps may turn around quickly.
• Liquidity Constraints: Stocks frozen at upper or lower circuits carry liquidity risk; thus, you may not be able to place buy or sell orders until trading resumes.
